Refund Policy for Our Products

The products we sell are digital and therefore intangible, which means that they cannot be returned. We do not issue refunds after a product purchase is made and the product has been downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding before purchasing. Buying a product from us denotes that you understand and agree with this policy. By making a purchase, you are agreeing that you understand that no product can be returned, and you cannot get any refund. This includes license fees, plugins, renewable purchases, and products that have previously been downloaded.

Issues During Installation

If customers have their own server and have configured everything themselves, we do not charge for setting up the server. For installation, we charge a fee as per our price. We do not offer server setup for free. The customer is fully responsible for setting up their own server. In some cases, we will claim responsibility for problems with installation. However, it is still the responsibility of the customer to set up their server and install the files on their own server. If customers want us to set up their server, we offer that service for a price as per our standard hourly rate.

However, we do accept that on occasions things can go wrong, and we will review these situations on a case-by-case basis to decide whether a refund will be offered.

We may consider the following situations, which may occur in real cases. We will analyze everything in these situations before moving to offer a refund. If it’s valid, we will offer you a refund.

  • File Not Received: If you did not receive the files after making the purchase, you need to contact our Sales and Support team through email/phone. If you don’t want the files and need a refund, you can ask for a refund from them. This refund should be claimed within 15 days; otherwise, we will consider that you have received the files and you will not be able to claim any refund.
  • Unable to Unzip: If the downloaded zip file cannot be unzipped, you need to ask for the files from our sales team. Our team will check the file source you downloaded from your account, and if the problem exists, they will resend you the download link and also enable the correct file download option in your customer area. If you do not wish to download the correct file and need a refund, we will analyze the situation, and if it’s valid, we will consider a refund.
  • Functional Problem: If any modules or features do not work, you first need to contact our team to fix those issues. Our team will address and fix them immediately. If you are not interested in fixing the issue with our team, you can get a partial refund based on the features.
  • Support Issue: If you are not receiving the support after a monthly subscription for a particular product, based on the price we fixed for that product, you can get a refund.

Note: All refunds will be processed within a minimum of 15 days and can take up to a month based on our local and international holidays.

Refund Policy for Website Development Services

Notasco Technologies undertakes all projects under the purview of Milestones that dictate the direction/road-map followed by the project.

Notasco Technologies accepts all Web Design/Development/Applications projects upon a complete analysis and creation of a comprehensive scope document to ensure that teams have a complete understanding of the work needed to be done, eliminating the possibility of project cancellation/reversal/dispute.

Since Notasco Technologies and the Clientele realize that there is work involved in achieving every milestone of the project and completing every module, a refund would not be possible for the work already completed.

Notasco Technologies ensures that in case of a project termination on a mutual basis, the client has control of all the work done up to that date, and any payment made for further development is returned.

Notasco Technologies also respects a decision made by a client to work with a different provider within 12 hours of the project initiation. In such a scenario, Notasco Technologies would fully refund the amount paid for the project.

If a project is cancelled or postponed, all monies paid are retained by Notasco Technologies, and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client.
